Who are we?

Tucson Adoption Reunion Support (TARS)
is a group formed in 2006 to provide search information and support to all members of the adoption triad.

We are adult adoptees, birth mothers and fathers and adoptive parents who believe that adult adoptees have the right to know their birth parents and that birth parents have the right to know their birth children after adoptees become adults.

We provide technical search information and emotional support to adults in the process of searching and reuniting and educate the public about the adoptive experience.  We are committed to working for the revision of laws and policies that withhold vital information from adult adoptees and birth families.

We are an independent, all-volunteer organization and as such, we can assist you in your search, but we cannot do your searching for you.
